Safeguarding
SoLO is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where everyone is protected from harm and treated with dignity. Our staff and volunteers follow robust safeguarding policies and procedures, and receive regular training to recognise and respond to concerns.
We work closely with families, carers, and safeguarding professionals to ensure that concerns are reported and acted on swiftly.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and we are dedicated to promoting a culture where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to speak up.
If you have any concerns about the safety or wellbeing of someone in our care, please email safeguarding@sololifeopportunities.org. This email is monitored by the Designated Safeguarding Leads for each service area, who are also the Service Managers for those areas.
