At SoLO, our Community services provide personalised support for children and adults with learning disabilities, helping each person live the life they choose.
Whether someone is taking their first steps towards greater independence, or an adult living in one of our Supported Living homes, or perhaps they require dedicated one-to-one Personal Assistant support with more complex needs, our services are tailored to the individual.
From developing life skills and accessing work, education and community activities, to providing personal care and specialist support at home, we work alongside every person and their family to deliver care that reflects their needs, goals and aspirations.

Supported Living

Our Supported Living service provides adults with learning disabilities a safe and welcoming home where they can live as independently as possible while receiving personalised support tailored to their individual needs.
With dedicated support available 24 hours a day, residents are encouraged to build confidence, develop life skills and enjoy an active role within their local community.
Personal Assistant (PA) Services
Personalised support at home and in the community.
Our Personal Assistant (PA) service provides one to one support for children and adults with learning disabilities, both at home and out in the community.
Whether it’s helping with everyday tasks, personal care, accessing social and leisure activities or working towards greater independence, support is tailored to each person’s individual needs and goals.
