Support Worker – Personal Assistant – 12 hours per week (Ref SWPAA1)
J is looking for a male PA to support him within the community and his home for 12 hours a week over 3 visits. J has a Learning Disability and Epilepsy.

Support Worker – Personal Assistant – 6 hours per week (Ref SWPAA2)
Supporting a 40-year-old male who has Downs Syndrome, and is looking for a PA to support him within the community. R likes going for walks in the park, going bowling, going to the cinema, playing table tennis, going to theme parks, and accessing outdoor activities.

Supporting a 33-year-old male with Autism to access activities in the local community, the role is 12 hours per week split across 2 days.

Support Worker – Personal Assistant – 2.5 hours per week (Ref SWPAA8)
Supporting a 30-year-old male to attend the SoLO Disco on a Wednesday evening.

Support Worker – Personal Assistant – 2.5 hours per week (Ref SWPAA9)
Supporting a 31-year-old female with ADHD and Autism to attend the SoLO Disco on a Wednesday evening.
The shift begins at 18:45pm, involves transport from her home to SoLO Disco, support while there, then transport home again. Shift finishes at 21:15pm.
Driver required.
