Support Worker – Supported Living

We are recruiting Support Workers to assist within our Supported Living Houses.

Support Worker – 32.5 hours average per week (RefSWSLSR)

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. You’ll support 3 ladies, supporting them in their home and in the community settings, with daily tasks such as household chores, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, managing finances and medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships, managing anxieties, and accessing social, leisure, and employment opportunities.

Female Preferred.

Day and Time(4-week rolling rota)— Additional hours available on a Saturday daytime and Sunday evening. 

Week 1 – Wednesday 9 am-6 pm, Thursday 8 am-4 pm, Friday 9 am- 4.30 pm, Sunday 9 am – 5pm

Week 2 – Wednesday 9 am-6 pm, Thursday 8 am-4 pm, Friday 9 am- 4.30 pm, Sunday 9 am – 5pm

Week 3- Wednesday 9 am-6 pm, Thursday 8 am-4 pm, Friday 9 am- 4.30 pm, Sunday 9 am – 5pm

Week 4- Wednesday 9 am-6 pm, Thursday 8 am-4 pm, Friday 9 am- 4.30 pm, Sunday 9 am – 5pm

Location – South Solihull

Pay –

£12.21 Over 21, £10.42 Under 21

Service Area – Supported Living

Setting – Supporting 1:1 and in a group setting
