Support Worker – Supported Living

Support Worker – 21.2 hours (average) per week (Ref: SWSLSR)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living service. In this role, you will empower adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling, independent lives by providing personalised support both at home and in the community.

You will be supporting three ladies with a range of daily living tasks, which may include household chores, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, managing finances and medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships, managing anxieties, and accessing social, leisure, and employment opportunities.

Due to the needs of the people we support, Female applicants are preferred.

Days & Hours:
4-week rolling rota (average 21 hours per week)
Additional hours available on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Rota Pattern:
Week 1: , Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 9am–4:30pm, Sat 8am–5pm
Week 2:  Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 9am–4:30pm
Week 3: Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 9am–4:30pm
Week 4: Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 9am–4:30pm, Sat 8am–5pm

Location: South Solihull
Pay: £12.21 (age 21+) / £10.42 (under 21)
Service Area: Supported Living
Setting: 1:1 and group support

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our Supported Living service. In this role, you will empower adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives by providing personalised support both at home and in the community.

You will support three ladies with a variety of daily living tasks, including household chores, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, managing finances and medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships, managing anxieties, and accessing social, leisure, and employment opportunities.

Due to the support needs of the individuals, Female applicants are preferred.

Days & Hours:
4-week rolling rota (average 7.25 hours per week)
Includes sleep-in shifts.

Rota Pattern:

  • Week 1: Saturday – 5pm–11pm + sleep-in (finishing 9am)
  • Week 2: Sunday – 5pm–11pm + sleep-in (finishing 9:30am)
  • Week 3: Sunday – 5pm–11pm + sleep-in (finishing 9:30am)
  • Week 4: Saturday – 5pm–11pm + sleep-in (finishing 9am)

Location: South Solihull
Pay: £12.21 (age 21+) / £10.42 (under 21)
Sleep-In Payment: £50 flat rate
Service Area: Supported Living
Setting: 1:1 and group support
