Support Worker – Supported Living
We are recruiting Support Workers to assist within our Supported Living Houses.

Support Worker – 21.2 hours average per week (RefSWSLSR)
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. You’ll support three ladies in their homes and community settings with daily tasks such as household chores, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, managing finances and medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships, managing anxieties, and accessing social, leisure, and employment opportunities.
Female Preferred.
Day and Time—(4-week rolling rota)— Additional hours available on a Saturday evening and Sunday evening.
Week 1 – Wednesday 9 am-6 pm, Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 9 am-4.30 pm, Saturday 8am-5.00pm
Week 2 – Wednesday 9 am-6 pm, Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 9 am-4.30 pm,
Week 3- Wednesday 9 am-6 pm, Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 9 am-4.30 pm,
Week 4- Wednesday 9 am-6 pm, Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 9 am-4.30 pm, Saturday 8am-5.00pm
Location – South Solihull
Pay –
£12.21 Over 21, £10.42 Under 21
Service Area – Supported Living
Setting – Supporting 1:1 and in a group setting

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. You’ll support three ladies in their homes and community settings with daily tasks such as household chores, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, managing finances and medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships, managing anxieties, and accessing social, leisure, and employment opportunities.

Week 2 – Sunday – 5pm-11pm and sleep in finishing at 9.30am
Week 3- Sunday – 5pm-11pm and sleep in finishing at 9.30am
Week 4- Saturday – 5pm-11pm and sleep in finishing at 9am
Location – South Solihull
Pay –
£12.21 Over 21, £10.42 Under 21
Sleep in £50 flat rate
