Support Worker – Supported Living

Support Worker – 7.5 hours per week (RefSWSLSR1)
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. Working in home and community settings, you’ll support individuals with daily tasks such as household chores, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, managing finances and medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships, managing anxieties, and accessing social, leisure, and employment opportunities.
This role will be supporting one of the supported living tenants on a 1:1 basis to attend our day service provision in South Solihull.
Day – Friday
Time – 9.00am – 4.30pm
Location – South Solihull
Pay – £12.21 Over 21, £10.50 Under 21

Support Worker – 14.75 average per week (RefSWSLSR2)
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. Working in home and community settings, you’ll support individuals with daily tasks such as household chores, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, managing finances and medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships, managing anxieties, and accessing social, leisure, and employment opportunities.
Day and Time – Saturdays and Sundays (4 week rolling rota) – This role can be requested for fewer hours if interested in daytime hours or evening hours only.
Week 1 – Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 9am-5pm
Week 2 – Sunday 9am-5pm and Sunday 5pm-10.3opm (plus sleep in at flat rate finishing at 8am)
Week 3- Sunday 9am-5pm and Sunday 5pm-10.3opm (plus sleep in at flat rate finishing at 8am)
Week 4- Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 9am-5pm and Sunday 5pm-10.3opm (plus sleep in at flate rate finishing at 8am)
