Support Worker –  14 hours per week (Ref: SWEV)

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to provide 1:1 support within a group day-service setting. You will work closely with our service users to help them participate in a wide range of in-house and community-based activities. These activities are chosen by the members themselves and may include creative sessions, wellbeing activities, or day trips.

This is a hands-on role focused on promoting independence, wellbeing, social communication skills, and community inclusion. Candidates must be caring, patient, and confident communicators, including with individuals who may have difficulties understanding or expressing themselves. A good sense of humour, reliability, and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and quality of life for vulnerable adults are essential.

Role Details:

  • Days: TBC
  • Hours: 9:30am – 4:30pm
  • Location: North Solihull
  • Pay: £12.71 (age 21+) / £10.50 (under 21)
  • Service Area: Adult
  • Setting: 1:1 support within a group environment

  • Hours: 9:30am – 4:30pm
  • Location: North Solihull
  • Pay: £12.71 (age 21+) / £10.50 (under 21)
  • Service Area: Adult
  • Setting: 1:4 support within a group environment

Support Worker – Bank (Ref: ASWB)

We are looking for flexible and compassionate Bank Support Workers to join our adult day-service provision. The role involves supporting individuals—either 1:1 or within a group—to safely participate in a variety of in-house and community-based activities. These activities are chosen by the members and may include creative sessions, leisure activities, wellbeing-focused groups, or day trips.

This is a hands-on role that focuses on promoting independence, wellbeing, social communication skills, and community inclusion. Candidates must be caring, patient, and confident communicators, especially when supporting people who may have difficulties understanding or expressing themselves. A good sense of humour, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality of life for vulnerable adults are essential qualities.

Role Details:

  • Days: Bank (as required)
  • Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Location: North or South Solihull
  • Pay: £12.21 (age 21+) / £10.42 (under 21)
  • Service Area: Adults/Supported Living
  • Setting: Group support and occasional 1:1 support within a group environment
