As an Assistant Service Leader, you’ll support the planning and safe delivery of services, ensuring activities are meaningful, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of our Service Users. You’ll deputise for the Service Leader, manage day-to-day operations, and help lead an enthusiastic team of staff and volunteers.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating and running adult services in line with SoLO’s values

• Lead activity planning and ensure effective service delivery

• Support with safeguarding, risk management, and health & safety

• Maintain accurate service user records and documentation

• Supervise staff and volunteers, and provide ongoing support

• Communicate with families, carers, and external professionals

Day – Monday – Friday

Time – 9.00am – 4.45pm

Location – North Solihull

Pay – £24,082.50 – £24,695.39 per annum

Service Area – Adults

Setting – Supporting in a group setting

Closing Date – 20th July
