1:! Support Worker/Community PA – 18 hours per week (RefASWPA)
The role involves supporting a 33-year-old gentleman to safely participate in activities both in-house and out in the community. Activities are chosen by the members and can range from in-house sessions to a day trip, and have an emphasis on developing independence, wellbeing, social communication skills and inclusion. The role is “hands-on” direct support so the candidates must be caring, kind, and good at communicating with people who may find it difficult to communicate and understand. A great sense of humour is a must, as well as being able to take responsibility and maintain the safety and quality of life for the vulnerable people they are supporting.
The role includes providing 1:1 support between 2.30pm-3.00pm to support L in traveling home.
- Day – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
- Time – 9.00am – 2.30pm 1:1 Support Worker, 2.30pm-3.00pm Community PA
- Location – North Solihull
- Pay – 1:1 SW at £12.21 and PA at £13.00

Support Worker – Bank (RefASWB)
