Support Worker – Supported Living

Support Worker – 24 + hours (average) per week (Ref: SWSLSR)
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our Supported Living service. In this role, you will empower adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives by providing personalised support both at home and in the community.
You will support three ladies with a variety of daily living tasks, including household chores, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, managing finances and medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships, managing anxieties, and accessing social, leisure, and employment opportunities.
Due to the support needs of the individuals, Female applicants are preferred.
Days & Hours:
4-week rolling rota
Includes day shifts, evening shifts and sleep-in shifts.
Location: South Solihull
Pay: £12.71 (age 21+) / £10.50 (under 21)
Sleep-In Payment: £50 flat rate
Service Area: Supported Living
Setting: 1:1 and group support
Support Worker – 9.75 hours (average) per week (Ref: SWSLMC)
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our Supported Living service. In this role, you will empower adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives by providing personalised support both at home and in the community.
You will support a gentleman on a 1:1 basis with a variety of daily living tasks, including household chores, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, managing finances and medication, attending health appointments, maintaining relationships, managing anxieties, and accessing social, leisure, and employment opportunities.
Days & Hours:
4-week rolling rota
Includes day shifts, evening shifts and sleep-in shifts.
