How we shall grow and stay true to our purpose.

Our strategic plan shapes SoLO’s future – maintaining what we do well, developing new opportunities and ensuring we adhere to our aims and objectives to support our service users with Learning Disabilities.

The Trustees have shaped a new strategy for 2023 – 2026 which is shared below.  The strategy led by the Trustees involved consultation, surveys with the wider SoLO team and members/parents/carers all of whom were key to ensuring our strategic direction is appropriate and deliverable to meet the needs of our members.

Policies

Our policies are integrated into our everyday working lives. They are central to ensuring that we operate safely and provide equality in everything we do and staff are required to adhere to SoLO’s policies  They are reviewed on a regular basis and are available to view here.
