Social Life Opportunities (SoLO) is a welcoming, friendly, and inclusive charity based in Solihull
providing support and enhancement to the lives of children and adults with learning disabilities in
a safe and caring environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed support workers to work throughout
Supported Living, as a Personal Assistant and on Project.

We need innovative and inspirational people who positively promote inclusion and have high expectations for SoLO’s members.

The successful candidate should be able to share best practice in both person-centered support and
the Learning Disability sector.

to meet the essential criteria set out in the person specification and who have the vision, values
and tenacity to join an outstanding team.

Starting salary: £8.91 p/h sessional workers
£17,354.50 full time (pro rata for part-time)

Benefits: Paid holiday entitlement for sessional workers
31 days annual leave including Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time)

Membership of The Workplace Pension scheme, if eligible Ongoing comprehensive supervision &
training
