Support Worker – Evolve

Support Worker at Evolve – 40 hours per week

The role involves providing 1:1 support to adults with profound and multiple disabilities to enable them to be as independent as possible. This would be suitable for someone who has a caring nature, a very good sense of humour creating a stimulating and encouraging environment for the people who use our services. Many of the people we support are nonverbal and rely on support staff to get to know them and find other ways of communicating. There will be some requirements to assist in personal care, so we are looking for staff who have experience in this, or prepared to learn and get stuck in. Many of our members are wheelchair users which keeps our staff fit and strong.

Day – Monday – Friday

Time – 9am-5pm

Location – Walnut Close, Chelmsley Wood

Pay – £9.70/hr

£6.83/hr Under 21

Service Area – Adults

Setting – Supporting one to one in a group setting
