Project Leader – Children’s Holiday Service (RefPLHS1)
The role involves leading staff to support people as a group or on their own to safely participate in activities both in-house and out in the community. Activities are chosen by the members and can range from in-house sensory and relaxation sessions, to a day trip to the seaside, and have an emphasis on developing independence, wellbeing, social communication skills and inclusion. The role is “hands-on” direct support so the candidates must be caring, kind, and good at communicating with people who may find it difficult to communicate and understand. A great sense of humour is a must, as well as being able to take responsibility and maintain the safety and quality of life for the vulnerable people they are supporting.
- Day – Week Days During School Holidays
- Time – 9.30am- 4.00pm
- Location – North or South Solihull
- Pay – £11.20/hr

Project Leader at Youth Club South – 3.25 hours per week – Term Time Only (RefPLTT2)
The role involves leading staff to support children aged 4-11 years old as a group or on their own to safely participate in activities both in-house and out in the community. Activities are chosen by the members and can range from in-house sensory and relaxation sessions, to a day trip to the seaside, and have an emphasis on developing independence, wellbeing, social communication skills and inclusion. The role involves leading staff to support children aged 6-13 years old as a group or on their own to safely participate in activities both in-house and out in the community. Activities are chosen by the members and can range from in-house sensory and relaxation sessions, to a day trip to the seaside, and have an emphasis on developing independence, wellbeing, social communication skills and inclusion. The role is “hands-on” direct support so the candidates must be caring, kind, and good at communicating with people who may find it difficult to communicate and understand. A great sense of humour is a must, as well as being able to take responsibility and maintain the safety and quality of life for the vulnerable people they are supporting.
