Project Leader – Children’s Holiday Service (RefPLHS1)

The role involves leading staff to support people as a group or on their own to safely participate in activities both in-house and out in the community. Activities are chosen by the members and can range from in-house sensory and relaxation sessions, to a day trip to the seaside, and have an emphasis on developing independence, wellbeing, social communication skills and inclusion. The role is “hands-on” direct support so the candidates must be caring, kind, and good at communicating with people who may find it difficult to communicate and understand. A great sense of humour is a must, as well as being able to take responsibility and maintain the safety and quality of life for the vulnerable people they are supporting.

  • Day – Week Days During School Holidays
  • Time – 9.30am- 4.00pm
  • Location – North or South Solihull
  • Pay – £11.20/hr

Project Leader at Youth Club South – 3.25 hours per week – Term Time Only (RefPLTT2)

The role involves leading staff to support children aged 4-11 years old as a group or on their own to safely participate in activities both in-house and out in the community. Activities are chosen by the members and can range from in-house sensory and relaxation sessions, to a day trip to the seaside, and have an emphasis on developing independence, wellbeing, social communication skills and inclusion. Project Leader at Friday Club North – 2.5 hours per week – Term Time Only (RefPLTT3)

The role involves leading staff to support children aged 8-18 years old as a group or on their own to safely participate in activities both in-house and out in the community. Activities are chosen by the members and can range from in-house sensory and relaxation sessions, to a day trip to the seaside, and have an emphasis on developing independence, wellbeing, social communication skills and inclusion. The role is “hands-on” direct support so the candidates must be caring, kind, and good at communicating with people who may find it difficult to communicate and understand. Project Leader at Saturday Superfriends – 3 hours fortnightly – Term Time Only (RefPLTT4)

The role involves leading staff to support children aged 6-13 years old as a group or on their own to safely participate in activities both in-house and out in the community. Activities are chosen by the members and can range from in-house sensory and relaxation sessions, to a day trip to the seaside, and have an emphasis on developing independence, wellbeing, social communication skills and inclusion. The role is “hands-on” direct support so the candidates must be caring, kind, and good at communicating with people who may find it difficult to communicate and understand. A great sense of humour is a must, as well as being able to take responsibility and maintain the safety and quality of life for the vulnerable people they are supporting.

  • Time – 9.30am-12.30pm
  • Location – SoLO Base Fire Station
  • Pay – £11.80/hr

  • Setting – Leading a group setting

Project Leader at Fun Factory – 4 hours fortnightly- Term Time Only (RefPLTT5)
