Social Life Opportunities (SoLO) is a welcoming, friendly, and inclusive charity based in Solihull providing support and enhancement to the lives of children and adults with learning disabilities in a safe and caring environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Deputy Head of Operations to manage SoLO’s regulated services. SoLO currently has 3 supported living houses: activities and services for Adults and Children requiring personal care.
We need an innovative and inspirational person who positively promotes inclusion and has high expectations for SoLO’s members.
The successful candidate preferably needs to demonstrate experience in a similar role and will be fully trained and qualified to meet the requirements of a Registered Manager in a Regulated service.

Starting salary: £33,000 pa 37.5 hours
